libgivaro1 software package provides arithmetic and algebraic computations, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgivaro1
libgivaro1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgivaro1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgivaro1 *
You will get with libgivaro1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
